Into the Desert Mansion, Again

That slippery bastard Mehket is running out of places to hide and every time he escapes me it only makes me more determined to find him. This time I plan on dragging this puny human out by his ankles or with his head in a nice bag. I invite any adventurer's who desire money or a good fight to join me in what I plan to be our final jaunt into this mansion.

How is everyone's availability between the 17th and 21st? I don't want to push Daniel to run two weeks in a row.

The 17th, 18th and 20th all seem to be good days for me. The 21st I am out of town and I have obligations Wed nigh that don't end until 8pm.

Trinma is prepared to enter the Desert Mansion once more, though the sadness of the mother slain weighs heavy on her heart.

Any of those days should work fine for me. And I promise to try not to wake up the little one this time!

I'm out of town until Tuesday (1/18) evening (and if I game at all on Tuesday, Elvorix will kill me if it's not to run Apocalypse World). But I'm good other days that week.

I'd be down for going (this time actually showing up, I promise! I'll be sure to tell my boss that he can stfu about staying late)

I'm good any day that week, 'cept for friday.

I'm free the 17th, 19th, 20th, 21st or on the weekend even.

Unfortunately Daniel will be unable to DM the game this coming week. We have two options regarding this game and I need to know what you guys think.

1. Cancel the game.
2. Find a different venue and pick another scenario and I will run the game instead.

Since I know how much people tend to look forward to playing I didn't want to just straight out cancel the game so as long as we can agree on something we can still play this week.

I don't mind hosting but as dan and matt know parking in my area is a bitch. That being said, I'm happy to host.

I would also gladly host. I live out in the county though, about a 25-30min drive from Dan's. (north end of 795)

Also, parking at Sean's isn't bad. It's paid until 9pm, which would cost $2 ish. Not a huge deal and it's fairly close to Dan's.

I can host if folks don't mind driving to Columbia. My place has plenty of parking as it is in the burbs. It usually takes me 25 or 30 minutes to get to Daniel's place from mine traffic depending.

Well its looking like everyone is about the same distance away so how about meeting at Steven's place in Columbia for the sake of parking. If everyone is cool with that then we need another quest if someone wants to suggest something from the slaves wanted threads or another idea so that I can prep for Thursday.

I PM'd everyone my address. There is nothing particularly tricky about getting to my place so Google maps or the like should suffice for directions. If I missed anyone let me know. I'll have coffee and other drinks and maybe some chips.

Alright, since no one has suggested a quest, I'm going to choose so I have enough time to prep. So let's go with 'A Message to Urik' which isn't faction aligned so there are no worries there. Here's the description so you guys don't have to look it up:

You guys might want to consider not having two leaders but it doesn't necessarily matter too much.

I can bring a striker. I have a couple queued up. I'll only be level 1, though, just as a side note. I know a couple of you have advanced a level or two since the last time I've played.

That sounds good. Don't worry about the character level too much, its just one level difference since I'm pretty sure no one playing will have a level 3 character.

Oh yeah, I forgot to ask that. I'm assuming same time unless everyone wants to agree on a different time. I don't mind starting a little earlier (7?) but I don't really want to start any later than 8.

guys, I'm sorry, but I'm going to have to drop out (again). I just had two unexpected projects dumped into my lap at work, so it's gonna be a long day-into-the-night kinda work day for me. Sorry. Looks like you guys will still have enough to play without me, though!

Are we at all concerned with the nasty weather heading our way in regards to the game schedule? I am hoping the roads will be cleaned but dunno what other folks' tolerance for driving in questionable conditions is.

I dont usually mind, but I will to other people 's needs here.

Once again, thanks to Angela for running things! It was a good game, if small, and we miss those not in attendance.

Let it be noted that a ranged striker would have made our night significantly easier, but as it was Jonner, Artin, and Bik were successful in their endeavors and everyone returned home alive!

Alive and with some small wealth and a nice new set of hide armor to show for it.

Artin and Jonner each get 44.5gp, Bik got the armor after a dice game with Artin.
